Who we are

Information we collect
When you send a service request, we receive the information you enter: your name, phone number, ZIP code, appliance type, preferred time, a description of the problem, and — if you choose to provide them — a model number and photos.
Along with the request, the form sends the page you sent it from, the first page you visited on our site, the referring website, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) if you arrived from an ad or link that contained them. This tells us how people find us.
When you browse the site, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. If we enable website analytics or advertising measurement in the future (for example Google Analytics or Google Ads), those services use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and conversions; this policy will be updated when that happens.
Your browser may store small items locally (for example, which page you landed on and campaign tags) so that the service request form can include them. This stays in your browser and is sent only if you submit the form.
How we use your information

How your request is delivered and stored
Service requests are delivered to our team by email and through a private business messaging channel. Photos you attach are delivered the same way and are not published or stored on our web server. Our server keeps short-lived, anonymized counters (based on a one-way hash of your IP address) to limit spam. If every delivery method fails, a request may be held temporarily in a private, non-public file so it isn't lost, and it is deleted after it has been handled.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the service — for example, with the email and messaging providers that deliver your request to us, or with a parts supplier when a part is ordered for your appliance (model and serial information only). We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from your request, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (725) 353-8500. You can also opt out of follow-up contact at any time.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
