Terms of Service
These terms explain how our in-home repair service works and the conditions for using this website. Effective date: October 5, 2026.
Our service
Frigidaire Appliances Repair Service provides in-home diagnosis and repair of Frigidaire home appliances in the Las Vegas Valley, Nevada. We are an independent repair provider and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by Frigidaire or Electrolux.
Requests and appointments
Submitting a service request online does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after we contact you and agree on a time. Arrival windows are estimates and can change because of traffic, earlier repairs running long, or parts deliveries; we'll keep you informed.
Service call
The service call is $75. It covers the trip and the diagnosis of the appliance booked for the visit. If you approve the repair, the service call is applied toward the repair price. If you decline the repair, the service call is due at the end of the visit.
Estimates and approval
Prices and ranges published on this website are estimates for typical repairs, not quotes. After diagnosis, we provide the repair price for your approval. No repair work begins without your approval. If we discover during the repair that additional parts or work are needed, we'll explain why and ask for your approval before continuing.
Parts
Parts are ordered for your specific model. Part availability and pricing are set by suppliers and can change. When a part must be ordered, the repair is completed on a return visit after it arrives. Special-order parts that have been ordered at your request may not be returnable.
Warranty
Labor is warranted for 90 days from the repair date for the work we performed. Qualifying parts carry the applicable 1-year manufacturer warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms. The warranty does not cover unrelated failures, damage from misuse, accidents, power events, flooding or water damage, or parts supplied by others.
Access and safety
Please provide safe, clear access to the appliance and to its water, gas and electrical connections. Our technicians may decline to work in unsafe conditions, including active gas leaks, exposed wiring, standing water near electrical connections, or pests. Some problems — such as damaged house wiring, gas lines or plumbing — must be handled by the appropriate licensed trade.
Website use
The information on this website is general and is provided for convenience. Appliance repair can involve electricity, gas, refrigerant and heavy equipment. Do not attempt repairs that require opening a sealed refrigeration system, working inside an appliance while it's connected to power, or bypassing any safety device. Follow your appliance's use and care guide and call a qualified technician when in doubt.
